These privacy policies are applicable while using Indian Health and Medical Council's Website or its mobile app "My family Doctor - DOCTOR APP" or both or any combination. Both the website and mobile apps together are referred as website or My Family Doc Apps hereafter.

- When you have an appointment with a patient, you may be required to share your observations and prescriptions.
- When you use the application, your usage trend and statistics may be collected.

- We do NOT collect and store any payment card or UPI information
- We do NOT collect and store user location and device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, IMSI, SIM Serial #, etc.)
- We do NOT collect any other sensitive information than what is listed above

- Provide the functionality to patients to choose an appropriate doctor for their illness
- Provide the functionality let the doctor diagnose the illness and provide prescription
