Welcome to “My Family Doctor” – A transforming solution by Indian Health and Medical Council for the online medical consultation.

These refund policies are applicable while using Indian Health and Medical Council’s Website or its mobile apps or both or any combination. Both the website and mobile apps together are referred as website or My Family Doc Apps hereafter.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase and the services received. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may get a full refund.

Purchase Cancellation and Refund

Any purchase can be cancelled for the refund as below:

  • One-time appointment can be cancelled unto 2 hours before the appointment time by logging into My Family Doc App. The confirmation is immediate and refund will be processed.
  • If you are not satisfied with the consultation session with the doctor, you may write us for the refund at pat_support@indianhmcouncil.com or raise a ticket through My Family Doc App.
  • Subscription can be cancelled upto 24 hours of its purchase for full refund, by writing us for the refund at pat_support@indianhmcouncil.com or raise a ticket through My Family Doc App.

This Refund Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website and monile apps with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in My Family Doc Apps. This policy is not applicable to any payment collected offline or via channels other than this website and our mobile app.

Exception

Here is an exceptional situation:

  • Once a subscription is purchased and assigned to a member, it cannot be refunded.
